The Renting Process
Step 1: Register Your Search

Step 2: Arrange a Viewing

Step 3: Make an Offer
If you decide to proceed, you can submit an offer to rent the property. We will discuss the terms with the landlord and keep you informed throughout the process until an agreement is reached.
Step 4: Referencing and Agreements
Once your offer is accepted, we will begin the referencing process. This typically includes identity checks, employment and income verification. During this stage the tenancy agreement will also be prepared and shared with you.
Step 5: Move In
After referencing is completed and the tenancy agreement is signed, we will confirm your move in date. You will receive the keys to your new home and can begin settling into the property.
