We are proud to sponsor some of the organisations doing great work across the borough.
It’s part of our mission to bring people together, promote local business and be a part of Richmond’s great community spirit.
Richmond Good Neighbours is a registered charity that has provided support to residents of Richmond for over 30 years.
They do wonderful voluntary work with elderly, disabled and housebound people. Shopping, befriending and driving local residents to appointments.
We are a keen sponsor of their outreach programme and regularly donate a proportion of our fees to help this important work continue.
We’re also a longstanding sponsor of The Victoria Foundation.
They provide much-needed facilities, medical, transport and mobility aids, bridging the gap between the NHS and private health care.
They can proudly say that every pound raised through donations goes towards fulfilling their charitable objectives. Their fund-raising events are always a lot of fun, and they’re a highlight of our calendar.
Very close to home – in fact right on our doorstep – we sponsor the Alberts Community Association.
They have a newsletter that offers regular news updates to residents of this hugely popular community – they also hold neighbourhood meetings and organise local improvements such as the planting of The Alberts Garden.
Cantell & Co have sold over 100 Alberts cottages
We host a very popular event of our own: the annual Cantell party, in late June outside our Richmond offices at The Alberts.
It has grown over the years, and we now have around 120 guests who drop by to say hello during the afternoon and evening.
There is a great mixture of passing commuters on their way home and lots of local residents who get to know each other over bubbles and canapés.
